Hamilton Relay is excited announce an internal job opportunity in Customer Care for the role of Customer Care Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to expand their responsibilities and grow within Hamilton Relay. This position will coordinate and perform Relay Customer Care activities and tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, product testing, and order processing. This will be a key role on the Relay Customer Care Team and will train, guide, and assists other Customer Care representatives and acts as a subject matter expert within the team.

  • Full-time
  • Base starting pay $22.11 / hour.
  • This is a remote position and can be performed from any Hamilton Relay location.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role on a team or project strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of situations.
  • Ability to view situations from the customer’s point of view.
  • Possess good written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and compliance with company policies.
  • Exposure and sensitivity to the culture and communication needs of people who are deaf, hard of hearing and/or have difficulty speaking.
  • Proficient in the operation of computers and accompanying computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Live Chat, various browsers and mobile devices/operating systems along with a basic understanding of computer terminology.
